This is which cookies and similar technologies we use, what they do and how you choose. Read it with the Privacy Statement.

1. Your choice

On every first visit we ask for your choice before anything non-essential loads. This holds in every country. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. There is no cookie wall.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising measurement stays off, even if you accept. Google Analytics stays off too.

You can change your choice at any time: choose Cookies at the bottom of the page.

2. Necessary

These keep the site working and remember your choice. We set them without consent.

Chat and voice demo memory

What it does
Set when you use the chat or the voice demo. They hold a random ID, no name, so the assistant can keep the thread of your conversation and pick it up when you come back. Clear your browser storage to remove them.

3. Analytics, only with consent

PostHog

What it does
Measures which pages are visited and where people drop off.
Where
The data stays in the EU. Our servers send PostHog no name, email address or phone number, and without your consent no visitor ID either.

Google Analytics

What it does
Measures page views from the page path and the website you came from. We leave out URL queries and form input and turn off ad personalisation.
How long
Its cookies expire after 60 days without renewal.

4. Ad measurement, only with consent

Meta Pixel

Name
_fbp and _fbc
What it does
Measures whether an ad leads to a booking or another action.
How long
Meta sets the lifetime, usually 90 days.

Where your visit came from

What it does
Remembers through which ad or page you came.

Server conversions

What it does
When you book, we also send the booking straight to Meta, with your email address, phone number and name in hashed form (made unreadable). The same consent controls this.

5. A visit record without a cookie

For every page request we note the page, the referrer, the ad parameters and click IDs in the link, your IP address and your browser. We do this to see which channel works. Without your consent we do not tie it to a visitor ID.
