These terms govern your use of the AIOS website and services. By using them, you agree to what follows.
The service
AIOS designs, builds and runs AI agents (such as receptionists, callers and follow-up agents) for your business. The exact scope, setup and monthly pricing are set out in the agreement we sign with you.
Our guarantee
Our 'no results, no fee' guarantee applies on the terms agreed in writing for your account. It is not a blanket promise on this website and depends on the plan and inputs you provide.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, the access we need to set things up, and to use the service lawfully and only for businesses you are authorized to represent.
Fees and billing
Setup and monthly fees are billed as described in your agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Intellectual property
We keep ownership of our platform, models and tooling. You keep ownership of your own data and brand. You get a license to use the agents we build and run for you while your plan is active.
Disclaimers
The service is provided 'as is'. AI can make mistakes, so you remain responsible for how your business uses its outputs. We do not provide legal, medical or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement as described in it. On termination we stop running your agents and, on request, return or delete your data.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves and will post the new date at the top. Continued use means you accept the update.
