What this policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we use on aios.supply, what they do, and your choices. AIOS is operated by NoManagement B.V. (Netherlands). Read it together with our Privacy Policy.

Strictly necessary

These keep the site working and secure, and we set them whether or not you give consent.

  • Login and session: a secure session cookie so you stay logged in, expiring when your session ends.
  • Anonymous visitor id: a random id stored in your browser's local storage so we can recognize a returning browser and run the site consistently. We do not sell it or send it to advertising networks.

Analytics

These help us understand how the site and product are used so we can improve them.

  • PostHog: product analytics that records page views, page-leave and interactions tied to an anonymous id. Hosted in the United States. These identifiers persist for the period set by the provider, typically up to about thirteen months.
  • Experiment assignment: a value that records which version of a page you were shown so an A/B test stays consistent for your visit.

Advertising and measurement

On our own marketing pages we use technologies to measure the performance of our advertising.

  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API: measure actions such as a booking and send those conversion events to Meta, including through a server-to-server connection matched with the browser event so the same action is not counted twice. We use this to measure our own marketing, not to sell your information.
  • Google Tag Manager: loads and manages measurement tags, which may include Google Analytics, so we can attribute and improve our marketing.
  • These identifiers persist for the period set by the provider, typically up to about thirteen months.

Your choices

Use the Your Privacy Choices control in our footer to opt out of analytics and advertising cookies. It also detects and honors recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, or by emailing [email protected].

Visitors in the EU, EEA and UK

Because we are established in the Netherlands, we treat consent for non-essential cookies as opt-in. Where we ask for consent, we will not set analytics or advertising cookies until you agree, rejecting will be as easy as accepting, there will be no pre-ticked boxes and no cookie wall, and you can change your choice at any time.

Cross-context behavioural advertising

Under some US state privacy laws, using advertising and measurement technologies can count as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell the lead and contact data our customers entrust to us, and we never use it for advertising. For our own website measurement, where you have the right to opt out you can do so using the Your Privacy Choices control in our footer, which we treat as a Do Not Sell or Share signal, and by emailing [email protected]. For your full state privacy rights, see our Privacy Policy.
