SMS and Messaging Terms

Last updated June 28, 2026

These terms describe the text-messaging program a business runs on AIOS: how it works, your choices, message and data rates, and how your mobile information is handled. AIOS is operated by NoManagement B.V. (Netherlands).

Program

When you give a business your mobile number and agree to receive texts, that business uses AIOS to send and reply to messages on its behalf. AIOS is the platform the business runs its messaging on; the business is the sender. Messages relate to the service you asked that business about, for example replies to your enquiry, appointment reminders and follow-ups. Message frequency varies based on your interaction.

Consent

You agree to receive text messages, which may be sent by an automated system, at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. The business that contacts you is responsible for obtaining the consent the law requires before any message or call is sent.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Opt out

Reply STOP to stop messages. You will get one confirmation and then no further texts. To start receiving messages again later, opt in again through the form or business that originally signed you up.

Help

Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected] at any time.

Calls

The same program may also place phone calls on the business's behalf using an automated dialer and an AI voice, and those calls may be recorded for quality. The same opt-out applies: ask to stop, or reply STOP to a text, and the business will not call or text that number again through AIOS.

Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, except with the providers that deliver the messaging or telephony on our behalf, and except as required to provide support.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers and devices

This program is intended for mobile numbers in the United States. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we cannot guarantee every message is delivered.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled. AIOS is operated by NoManagement B.V. (Netherlands). For any question, email [email protected].

Changes

We may update these SMS and Messaging Terms and will post the new effective date at the top.
